South Central Community Action Program

Provides assistance for low income people in Brown, Monroe, Morgan and Owen counties. Programs include energy assistance, weatherization and free trash stickers and garbage bags.  As well they provide emergency home repair and assistance to homeless.  Also provides emergency home repair and assistance to homeless.
